Petmate 6 Count Fresh Flow Replacement Filter,Gray

I bought my deluxe fresh flow back in 2004 when I moved to Minnesota and had hard water. I used this with bottled water and the cats loved it. When I moved and no longer had hard water, I put it away. I recently found it boxed up in the garage and plugged it in. It was a huge hit with my cats but I didn’t have any filters. I found these and they work perfectly. They don’t have the outer plastic piece the originals had, but it slide right into place and soaking for 10 minutes (to remove lose charcoal). I’ll be buying this regularly.

I have had my Petmate Fresh Flow for about 15 years and absolutely love it, so do my three pets, one puppy and two cats. My daughter gave it to me and i have taken very good care of it, i use distilled water to protect the motor. I just had to put a new one in. Lucky to of had one, it was sent to me by Petsmart (sorry), when i was having a problem with my fountain. Hopefully it will last at least 10 more years. My cat is 15 years old and has been using the Fresh Flow Fountain for 14 years. My other cat was my daughter's a Calico which i now have, has been using it for 14 years. I have a new puppy, Chloe and she loves it also, she has now been drinking out of it for 6 months. I highly recommend the Fresh Flow Fountain and the replacement filters. Nothing better !!! I recently needed more replacement filters and ordered them from Amazon. Take care of your pets and get the Fresh Flow Fountain, you won't have to worry about what's in the water, it will be pure and clean..A month ago i ordered from Amazon, Colonial Dames 28,000 I.U. Vitamin E Cream, Concentrated Age Defying Moisturizer. I find this to be a fantastic product because it is so light, i ordered the 4 oz. container and use it both at night time and in the morning. I have seen beautiful results in this short period of time. I definitely will continue to use this product. The 4 oz. is perfect it will go a long way. Thank you Amazon !!~

These filters fit our Petmate fountain perfectly. I cut them in half as others do, and they still filter the water just fine. It also makes the Petmate brand filters more economical. I usually change them weekly as they start getting discolored & slimy in between the daily water changes

Well, things have sure changed. I think I would rate it 3.5 stars. It is the right height, it is thinner, it is not quite the right width but works OK, it is two square pouches made into one long section rather than the older (better) version that was in a long plastic frame. This one has been made so that it can be cut in half, easily, to fit into something far smaller.PROS: It fits ok. The price is right. The best thing is actually the one that I was most concerned about: the two pouches hold the carbon in place (like all the way up). The older version, the carbon pieces all clumped down to the bottom so really didn't do much to the water at the upper half of the fountain. My two pets went right to it and started drinking. Prior to this, I only had one pet drinking from it. So, I think it will be fine.CONS: The fit could be improved - it's a little loose. Definitely need to get used to the new shape without the firm frame around it.All in all, I think I like it. The pets like it. I can't seem to locate these in stores any more, so I'm glad they were here.
