Q: My feeder is “missing” it’s flower ports... i contacted customer service: i like the feeder- can you send the missing “flowers”?

They won't approach the feeders if the flowers are gone.

Q: Is this made of color glass or is it painted?

The glass is treated with a weather-resistant paint.

Q: Does anyone know how I can get a replacement base? The flowers have fallen off after 9 months.

Replacement bases are not available for this feeder. However, our feeders are covered by a one year replacement warranty. Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for additional assistance.
