The best woman's vitamin I've found to help my peri-menopause symptoms and just keep me feeling good on the inside.

This is my first bottle, I’ve been taking them for almost a month and I will def be buying more, this has helped my period regulate and to mention my periods have been out of wack since last year.. these DONOT make me nauseated or give me acid reflux and heartburn.. normally multivitamins give me that after taking them for a week.. I hate pills and these are so easy to swallow, they leave no after taste or any taste at all while waiting to be swallowed, however I do like the sweet herbal smell. My skin looks amazing and supple and it’s got the right amount of VitD recommended for a daily, I don’t go outside to much or consume enough orange juice or any at all.

I ordered these vitamins because I have read they are better for digestion. I like these a lot and I have no after taste, they do have a bit of a weird smell but no issues after taking. I do mine early in the AM with food for better absorption.

I purchase the 120 count bottles and this is the average going price that I have found online or in person. When the bottle arrives the expiration date is always enough time to finish the bottle with lots of extra time to spare in case you are not able to take them everyday. These are my favorite go to vitamins as they are totally gentle on my stomach. I was having issues with various brands making me nausea and I was only able to use gummy vitamins which kind of felt like cheating plus they didn't have as many supplements in them. This allowed me to go back to vitamins that are truly healthy for me and it doesn't bother my stomach at all. I also like that this has good doses of many vitamins and minerals that other brands lack in theirs as well as some various herbs for women's health. I feel when I take these vitamins they truly do help me to feel better and have more energy. I can tell a difference when I don't take them for awhile and do what I can to rush and buy another bottle.

I love this vitamin. It says you can take it on an empty stomach, and I find that is true for me. It's one of the only vitamins I can take that does not upset my stomach, and it also seems to give me noticeable energy. That's a big deal for me, because that's something I really lack. Only downside at all has nothing to do with the vitamin, but I buy it using the autoship program which saves a few dollars, and on two occasions when I received it the glass bottle it comes in was broken. I had to sort out the glass, because it clearly is breaking somewhere along the shipping process. The box itself won't even be damaged, but yet the bottle manages to get broken. I think they need to work on their packaging and I sent Amazon another message along with pictures of the broken bottle. Hopefully, they will rectify that issue, but as far as the product goes. It's the best I've used.

I have a hard time keeping any multivitamins down. I've tried to take them on a full stomach, empty stomach, mid-meal, first thing in the morning, mid-day, evenings.... No matter when and how, I eventually end up nauseated or worse. I have tried a few of the adult gummy vitamin options, but I was not pleased with the myriad of artificial ingredients. I have spent 6+ years seeking an affordable, natural, easy-on-the-stomach option. ...And I have found it! I can take these pills on an empty stomach with a swallow of water, and go about my day without any problems. I love them! Mild but pleasant herb-y aftertaste [hardly noticeable].Also, I drink 2-3 liters of water daily, and with previous multivitamins, I still had neon-yellow urine for half the day [likely ingredients that my body didn't even absorb, but paid big money for]. I haven't noticed this with these vitamins. I'm very, very happy with them, and will be buying again for myself, and my husband!
