I've taken many other Omega 3's but these provide the best intangible benefits. When I miss a dose, I feel fatigued and my brain is foggy. Moreover, it's harder to focus and my appetite increases. No gross taste if you burp, but if you can't swallow easily, then stick with Ocean's Mom. Love this company and thankful to my prenatal nurse mom and friends for making me aware of them!

I have been taking this product religiously for 2 years now. I am thrilled to tell you that after trying a zillion other products this one is the winner. i ordered this product on recommendation of Dr Josh Axe. a tv internet personality. I am pleased with it. I keep it in the fridge. I do notice some fish burp taste occasionally so I usually try to take it with food. The only negative thing i can think of is about the packaging - the print on the bottle is so small it is impossible to read. even with strong reading glasses for magnification the print is too small. and i have good vision.

This fish oil is equal or better to the "so called best".
