Can I spread over strawberry plants to winterize them?

I think you'll be better off buying a full sized bale from Home Depot (less than $10 as of now -- Dec. 19, 2022) for winterizing plants.

Would this big enough to use to lay a 3 month old on for a photo prop?

Doubtful since it is only 6 inches by 13 inches. If the baby is smaller than that, then you could but if would be risky if the baby could turn or roll.

It is big enough to sit a medium size flower pot on top of?

I do not believe so. Possibly a small pot.
