Better taste same great results
I have to say I have had Kava in many forms over the years. This by far had the best taste of any of the former times I had it. If your are about Kava for the taste then your a better man then me. However, if you use it as a sleep aid then the taste of Kisa’s Kava is as good as it gets. The tongue numbing was not as long as other times I’ve have it, (which is a good thing for me) but the relaxation for going to sleep was as good as any time.I had a great nights sleep and felt refreshed for the next days activities. There was no hangover or extra drowsiness that comes with other sleep aids.Overall if you like Kava this is a must. If you need a sleep aid and don’t mind the lava taste then this might also be a great product for you.

(Edit: tested noble) Ok, so I will start with what most people are looking for and then get into a few concerning aspects about this kava. First, most people want to know about the potency, and in that respect, it is good, decently strong. It has a nice numbing effect on the mouth, which would imply a good kavalactone content. It has an earthy smell and taste, which is completely normal and pretty mild for a kava. It is definitely more heady than heavy, which is where it should be because it's not a Vanuatuan blend. I decided to branch out a bit from the Vanuatu blends that I usually buy for a change of pace, but I don't feel the typical euphoria that should come with a heady blend. Those are usually the top things that people want to know, but I will address something that might be a cause of concern for some, but definitely not all. Nowhere is it stated on the package, nor the website, that it's noble. This is important for a variety of reasons, but for me, it just helps determine it's origin and whether it's going to give me a hangover, hurt the liver, ect. I mention this because many vendors have given kava a bad name by selling kava that is not noble because it is strong, matures quickly, and the effects last longer. The problem is that the effects aren't great and can cause nausea and hangover. Another area of concern is that there is no third party verification that it's noble or actually from where they say it's from because it can actually be from anywhere if it's not verified. After that it's not a stretch for a vendor to put in leaves and stems, which are toxic. I'm not saying they have, but it's a concern. Reputable brands should address these things on their website. "Premium" does not mean anything in the kava world. Last, but not least, I would like to see a kavalactone content on the website because it shows a knowledge of their product. Many other vendors are doing this now and gives good insight into how potent it is as well as how it will affect a person. Those are just my concerns, but definitely feels like a good product. I am going to put my money where my mouth is and do an acetone test on it to check nobility. If it's not, then I will definitely do an update.

Good alternative to Kava tea bags
Krisa's Kava is known for its potency, and I was curious to see if it could offer a more potent effect than my regular Yogi tea. Upon trying it, I did notice a slight difference in potency. The kava from Krisa's Kava had a more robust and pronounced effect, which I found enjoyable, especially when I needed an extra jolt or relaxation.

It hits different than KWK or BKH
At first I thought it was not very good. Not strong. Very mild. But, it just has a heavy body relaxation with not as intense mind effects as other kava I've tried. Not bad for the rotation for a change of pace, but not my favorite either. Very pure though. No headache or nausea like some other strains can produce.

amazing!!! PTSD
I couldnt let another day go without posting a review about how this kava has been helping me heal!!! in so many ways!!!! i have tried kava 10 years ago and never ever had any effect but this kava is absolutely healing and amazing. This is how i make it. In a mason jar i put 2 tbl spoons of this kava into boiling water like if you were to make tea. then i shake it and leave it sit for about 15 mins. I then put it into my bullet blender and then into a clean sock to strain it. (CLEAN SOCK IM NOT USING MY HUSBANDS NASTY GYM SOCKS DONT WORRY LOL) then i sip on it throuout the day as needed. I have also use it to make honey infusions. THANK YOU to this kava company!!!!

NOT Effective -- Over-rated -- Thumbs Down from someone who has tried REAL Kava in Fiji
People -- I have had REAL, fresh Kava Kava in Fiji, prepared by Fijians. I know, first hand, how it works (very effectively!) as a muscle relaxant and stress reliever. After that first Fijian Kava ceremony, I had the best night's sleep in over a decade. OK. Understand I am a Kava fan, and I know how it SHOULD work. OK -- this stuff is NOT effective. Very disappointing. I prepared and consumed THREE two-tablespoon servings (6 tblspn total) over 4 hours, using three different methods, traditional, hot water steeped, and blended (as explained on package). I then tried steeping the Kava in warm water for over 20 minutes. FAIL. This stuff has very little effect whatsoever. My tongue became a little numb, that's all. What I conclude is that there is something very important about fresh-ground Kava that this powder lacks. NOT worth the money. I will try a couple other brands, but count me very disappointed.

Good taste, good price for the size . 4.4/5
At $20 for 5 ounces that is basically a little bit over $60 for an ounce, which is not the best value for the money but if you want to buy smaller amounts at a time this is definitely your place to go.The cava produced a very clear looking beverage that was not dark, it was one of the most pleasant tasting ones I’ve ever hadThe affect was great in the sense that I could either lay down and enjoy it a lot, or I could do housework such as hanging up posters. If they had a cheaper pound option I would buy this all the time from here. I also like bestfijikava and bilovinaka, Wakacon is low tier imho, and nakamal at home stone it is quite more expensive and you have to be careful with that one because it’s a very strong root
