This is literally the tastiest, creamiest, and healthiest coconut milk I've tried. I had resorted to making my own coconut milk for the longest time because I'm sensitive to the traditional coconut milks sold in stores that have gums added to them and couldn't find any brand of coconut milk that didn't have gums added to their product. But the problem was that although making coconut milk is easy, it's time consuming and the milk spoils pretty fast. I was THRILLED when I heard about Thai Kitchen's Lite Coconut Milk that only has 2 ingredients: water and coconut, and immediately ordered this 6 pack from Amazon. The price for this coconut milk is phenomenal and actually, slightly less than buying them individually at your local supermarket.What wowed me more was the taste. I enjoy having a cup of this each night when I make my Golden Milk. If you haven't heard of Golden Milk, it's an anti-inflammatory drink, chock-full of antioxidants and other health benefits. Making my Golden Milk with Thai Kitchen's lite coconut milk makes the drink extremely creamy and comforting. This product is widely available at all the stores, and it is very good brand. But Amazon has the best price for this compared to all places where this is available. The taste is very consistent. We've been using this for over several years now. Product quality is good, no unnecessary additives.

I love that these are a bulk buy option and each individual container is large. I love the brand and that it is a LITE coconut milk and unsweetened. Very clean product. I use subscribe and save as I use this in my morning coffee.

This was almost like drinking heavy whipping cream. I introduce it to my mother-law she called back with rave reviews telling me all the things she used it for. My husband made vegetarian mac and vegetarian cheese. It was good. We got other ideas to explore.

I don't know what has happened to this brand, but the quality has changed dramatically in 2025. I was subscribed to the Lite Coconut Milk by Thai Kitchen for well over a year, with monthly deliveries. It was always great, with a smooth consistency and great-tasting. For the past couple of months, every carton has been watery with clumps that will not break down. I have heated it up, blended, but it is still of poor quality and tastes like it has gone bad, even though the expiration dates on the cartons do not show expired. I have unfortunately had to return my last two orders and have now canceled the subscription. I will be looking for a new coconut milk with minimal ingredients.

This comes in a convenient size that doesn't need refrigeration until opened. It's Very thick and creamy so I dilute it with a little water when using on cereal. It has a little coconut taste but fairly neutral. It's not sugary or flavored. Perfect for me.

Just like it says! Delicious and healthy. I don't buy any other coconut milk. I purchase Thai by the case to have on hand for smoothies, coffee and soups.

We prefer not cans. These come in very strong cardboard, well cushioned and protected in divided compartments. They store well, are delightfully "lite" with no hard oil. A lovely substitute for other nut/seed milks if avoiding phytotoxins. Useful in all recipes including hot chocolate, chia puddings, etc. ❤️NO other brand is like this - truly unique.
