This is an excellent launching point for nurses or other healthcare workers who want to expand their communication abilities and horizons. Several new concepts were introduced to me and I am working to incorporate them into my practice.

Very useful when it came to learning how to deal with different cultures.

This book is ideal for undergraduate nursing/entry level. As for graduate level, it is remedal and does not provide adavanced practice or sistuation thinking.

This book is okay. Not well proofread or edited, and the last chapters diverge from the main thesis.

This was a very good book. I learned alot from this book. I even got the chance to share it with a co-worker.
