This computer sounds like a coffee machine percolating. It's very slow and I have one program on it aside from the windows package that comes with it. It's not a SD drive, so it's an actual wheel drive spinning and runs terribly. It's taken me a month to get an IT person to my house to see what's wrong with it, as it's brand new. I'm asking for a refund even after the 30 day exchange period and we will see what happens. Not worth it

Everything that was advertised was included. I am not sure if it is this computer (as I have never owned an "All-In-One" before), but it is definitely a bit noisy while running. All in all, everything works well and was shipped and packaged just fine. I would consider buying form this seller again in the future if the need arises.

Got it, set up was easy, comp running fast and smooth. Got it for my office so lets see how it fares with the stress of daily usage.

The computer is very slow and doesn't have a touch screen. My son has been using it for school and games and is constantly frustrated with it. It looks beautiful and is mostly functional. I should have saved up more to buy a better computer.

One thing I do not like about it is the location of the on switch. It is located on the back of the lower right side, which is exactly where I reach to adjust the screen’s position on my desk. I have often mistakenly hit it. Everything else? SUPER!!!

This was a great replacement for my old desktop computer. Better quality in all areas of computer technology. Doesn't take up a lot of space but does everything needed from a high speed computer.

I like the computer, very nice looking and fast. Shipping was ok, Don’t like fedex very much But got it and it was ok.
