This floss actually makes me want to floss my teeth more often because it’s so good. It’s very strong and doesn’t break, unlike my previous natural floss. It’s very strong also goes in between my teeth so smoothly and so easily. I don’t have to tug it down so I don’t end up damaging my gums in the process. It’s so easy, and therefore faster. I also love the color because you can easily see what comes out. The flavor is nice, very subtle—almost no flavor at all. My toddlers don’t mind the flavor at all because it’s not a strong mint flavor. I’m going to tell all my family members about this because it’s a game changer. Nothing else like it. I am never using a different brand again. I also LOVE the packaging. I love that it’s natural and also the compact size is nice. It’s perfection!

We were looking for eco friendly biodegradable floss for the environment and we found this! It works great and I love that it comes with a reusable glass container. Less plastic for the environment. The process is more expensive but we love making our planet better :)

Great floss. Sometimes it breaks if your teeth are very close together. But the tradeoff for being plastic -free and as far as I can tell toxin -free is worth it, along with the one "refill" that is included. I appreciate the recycled cardboard box and the glass dispenser. All recyclable. Hoping there will be a way to buy additional spools of the floss, since the glass dispenser is fully reusable. I will continue to use this product

I like this stuff, and will order again.What I like:It works well, doesn't break easily, has just the right amount of roughness to clean without hurting my teeth, cutter works well, no PFAS (that latter of which was my primary reason for buying it). I floss (almost) every day, and this starter pack lasted about 6 months for me. My dental hygienist complimented my teeth last time I was there, and said to keep doin' what I was doin'.Flaw, but not deal-breaker:I'm not a fan of the lid that cuts the string. It DOES cut well, and I appreciate that the container itself is re-usable. Where it gets just mildly annoying is, because the remaining spool just hangs in the bottle, that causes a tendency to sometimes pull the string all the way back into the bottle, which means I then have to re-thread it back through the tiny hole. Is that a HUGE burden? No, but... I'm 50 and my eyes ain't what they used to be for up-close fine detail (without glasses). It's doable, just... a minor inconvenience. If they had some sort of internal spool that helped prevent pull-back, that'd probably make this product flawless for me.

I love that I can see every little debri on this black floss. Easier to know when the area your flossing is clean with no more food stuff in there. I wont go back to white floss. It really is a game changer for me. And NO PLASTIC... YEAH !

After getting over the shock of black dental floss, good item.A bit waxed, so it's easy to hold onto.A bit hard to use the cutter, but appreciate the glass vial and the refillability of same.Would prefer USA-made, but that's my only negative of this product.
