Anytime it gets dark in the daytime due to a storm they brighten up the areas. After having them for 4 yrs they continue to work great. They are also easy to install.

I was put off somewhat when reading the instructions that it said the lights had to be installed by a licensed electrician. Shouldn’t this be written in the description to see before placing the order? I did the install anyway and had no problem but I think it voids my warranty. But they work great and don’t anticipate any issues.

Years ago I purchased a similar LED outdoor light made by Lights of America, and they are no longer available. So I decided to try these. I did not need the light sensor, but left it in place. Should I inadvertently forget to turn out the light, it will at least turn off during the day. The fixture is well made and I had no problem installing a unit above my shop door. The rest will go on my country cabin porch. I cannot yet compare them to the original LofA items, but they seem to be working well. I just hope they work like my other lights which have been in use for 8 years now.
