Balsamic molasses
This product is very nice. A bit overpriced compared to other brands in the region. Not exactly worth the extra cost. Overall a great product. I like the acidity level.

Very High Quality at This Price
Highly recommended. If you like the taste of Balsamic vinegar, you will love this elixir . You just can not find this at most of the best of stores. A great deal for the price per oz. Thick, dark and very smooth, with layers of flavors from the cascade of ever-smaller woods used to age this fine Balsamic. Dribble it on grilled pork chops. Yum! Update: I have purschased this Balsamic five times from Amazon after buying a bottle in Tuscany about ten years ago. The taste and viscosity has been excellent and uniform and I cannot understand the few low ratings it has received as they sound like someone "low-balling" the product. Try it!

Absolutely Phenomenal Balsamic Vinegar!
Had this last week in Capri Italy during lunch and absolutely fell in love with it! Sweet and slightly tart, it’s something to experience! Well worth the price!

Very nice mellow and sweet taste
Very good balsamic vinegar with a sweet taste but bold flavor. Liquid runs thick with lot's of taste and adds flavor to any meal.
