Now I know why poeple are giving bad reviews
I’m new to playing oud and I was frustrated with this set. I didn’t know how to tune it, and the buzzing sound got to my nerves. And I think that’s why people give a bad review. 1. Know how to tune it. 2. Give it time for the buzzing sound, all new strings take some time. I made a mistake while tuning thinking that it tuning was fa-fa, so I lost a string 🥲 For those who don’t know(I didn’t at first), for this type of strings, Arabic tuning should be from the bottom up: do - sol - re - la - fa - do. It sounds Amazing!! Kinda what oud sounded like a thousand years ago. All in all, great set and I’ll be buying it again, just can’t get over how good it sounds

Very bad quality
Honestly the. Nylon strings Do & Sol have very nice deeo sound but still they are very hard to tune the copper strings Re-Sol have a very bad disturbing buzzing sound which touches my nerves, the set has been set on my oud for 10 days now and still i can't enjoy playing because of that buzz which make me think that i just bought this set for garbage

Aquila has always the best quality.
I always love to use this brand of strings for my other instruments, guitar, lute and now the Oud. I love the look of them on the oud. The basses are quite deep and mellow. A - must -try
