Removal of the old battery easy thanks to the tools included with this kit; Installation of the new battery was just as easy. Battery charged to 100% with no issues, but I'm a little concerned with the power drain doing simple tasks on the phone. Will amend review if I notice anything of significance due to performance degradation. However, I'm very glad to report that everything works great on my end, and I'm happy that I have a new battery for a phone that would no longer hold a charge. This one is holding its charge and easily last 1 day with normal use.
