I trust Ancient Nutrition for high quality pure products.

I just thought I would balance out a negative review I just read while looking for where I could do my review. Someone mentioned this not being good for diverticulitis, which I do have problems with as well, but these do not cause me any issues. I think it much more likely that person was eating an inflammatory, constipating diet etc that caused a flare up and they blamed this probiotic. Food for thought. ;) But all probiotics will take an adjustment period too - if you haven’t taken them regularly, give yourself time to reap benefits. I’ve been using this for years- the formula has changed packaging (year or two ago?) but this was what Dr. Axe’s team directed me towards when I got confused about packaging, saying this was the most similar the previous formula I was using. I only take one per day but if I had a bout of diarrhea I would take more ( or take more of a cheaper probiotic just to stop diarrhea). But this one keeps me noticeably “regular” most of the time, at 1 per day, & I appreciate that. I have recently tried Dr. Mercola complete (and also women’s complete) probiotics & after an initial couple weeks to adjust to some apparent differences in formulas (gas) I found that my gut was able to adjust to that formula as well. I think the difference is that Dr. mercola formula is in a capsule that doesn’t dissolve as fast as gets the probiotics into the intestines more effectively. Something makes me want to come back to this one.. but I ended up buying both formulas & plan to alternate them. As a final note I do want to comment that Amazon delivery stated “handed to a resident” and no it was not handed to me! It was on my porch! Not cool to lie about that.

This probiotic works very well. I take it with my meal.

this is single handedly the best probiotic ive had in awhile. i actually feel mental clarity and less gut distress from taking this. ive bought it twice now and probably will buy it more unless theres an even better SBO on the market

This product was taken when I initially was taking an antibiotic but I take it every day and I feel I'm improving my health.

This probiotic is responsible for helping me not to contract H Pylori, I believe. I also have been on a 2nd probiotic for many years.
