Viking Revolution Beard Wash Shampoo w/Argan & Jojoba Oils - Softens & Strengthens - Sandalwood Scent - 17 oz Shampoo

This stuff is great. Lathers up in my goatee great. I started using as lather when I shave. Rub it all over my face and then shave. Works great.Has a good smell and keeps my face nice and happy. Pretty much everything else I've tried using to wash my face causes acne. No such problem with this.

I bought this with the understanding that this was supposed to be a beard conditioner wash to help hydrate and oil, damaged and healthy beards. I’ve used beard washes very infrequently because it will strip all of the oils out of your beard, making it more important to oil and balm after your shower. My beard was starting to recover from the last time I washed it and this shampoo acted exactly like beard shampoo, stripping all oils and leaving nothing behind. While the product does have plenty of oils, they can’t stick around because the soap base washes it away leaving no benefitting hydrating oils to nurture the hair.It smells amazing!!! The smell of sandalwood is pungent but subtle.As a shampoo it does its job well if needed. Working in an oily factory for example. You don’t want that stuff on your beard or soaking in your chin for too long, so this stuff will work for that.Beard conditioning ability is a fail for me. My beard feels like straw after balming and oiling. I had hopes that it was going to condition my beard but it made it much worse. Also, I used this co-wash by itself so I wasn’t double washing my beard and the last time I washed it was 3 weeks ago because I fried my beard washing it too much without knowing. My beard was getting softer over time and I thought this co-wash was going to help recovery. Back to square one and trying to find a better co-wash and nurturing my beard back to good health. I’ll update if I find something better.

I have a bushy goatee and 'stache and I tend to get acne on my chin (nowhere else) due, I'm guessing, to oily skin so I bought this beard wash. Wow! It sudses up like crazy (you only need a little) so it cleans very thoroughly. I also love the smell of sandalwood. I like this so much that I'm using it for body wash and shampoo in the shower as well. And yes, it leaves the beard soft and clean as advertised. Great product!

I have used several different Beard shampoos. Cremo, Beard Guys etc. Bought Viking Revolution just to try it and hopefully find the perfect beard shampoo for me. This one does not really stand out from the others except that it does seem to make my beard fuller. It is supposed to smell like sandalwood. I have no idea what sandalwood is supposed to smell like, but it is not an overpowering scent or unpleasant. The bottle contains a lot more shampoo than any of the others so it will last quite a while and is a bargain.. Nothing bad to say about Viking but Iam still looking for that perfect beard shampoo so I will continue to read reviews and try others.

This stuff lathers really well! You don't need much to get your beard covered. I just do half of a pump and my beard is a good 12+ inches long and it lathers everything. I do a beard balm afterwards and it really puts a stop to that beard itch.

found Viking Revolution products by accident several years ago and have never looked back. It can seem a bit pricey but it's completely worth it. I have VERY coarse beard hair and get big time dry skin under my beard. Just using the beard wash and conditioner alone does so much to keep my face moisturized and not itchy and to soften my facial hair which my wife loves. Their bear oils and balms are excellent too. I have tried some of their other scents. All are really nice and not obtrusive, but I personally like the Sandalwood the best.

I like it. It smells nice and not too strong scented, like some dudes do with Axe or whatever is popular these days.

Makes my long beard so soft every time
