VIPEK V1 Wire Garment Rack, 4-Tier Clothes Rack, Freestanding Closet, Black

Pretty impressed with the quality of Vipek. I had ordered another brand at the same time I ordered this rack because Vipek did not offer small units for a little utility closet I was redoing. (That brand was Golpart if anyone has looked into buying it). Compared to Golpart - night and day with quality and durability. Golpart is still durable, but the leg length didn't seem accurate, the clips were terrible at locking and I could not use the wheels at all. Vipek was extremely sturdy and made of quality metal. The clips that go on the side poles were easy to actually clip together unlike Golpart's clips. I needed to add shelving in my laundry room that would allow access to the water heater due to the bottom pan overfilling when clogged, as well as constant A/C issues (my A/C unit apparently once leaked in the bottom apartment and flooded it). Not having to move out all my crap every time there is a problem with the AC or water heater, makes life easier for me and maintainence. At first, this shelf was not intended for the location it is currently at (have another Vipek shelf in my cart ready to buy! 😁) so I had to unfortunately move it to another wall, which is not ideal because of the breaker boxes. Luckily, Vipek gives you the ability to adjust the shelves, so I was able to move the top shelf higher over the breaker boxes for easy access. With doing that though, I cannot utilize the clothes rack unless I only use half of the rack - our unit always trips with certain plugs so we use the breaker box frequently. I hang dry a lot of our clothes to preserve them and my energy bill. The clothes rack is movable to any rack of your choosing so it doesn't have to be solely for the top rack. Although the rack sticks out just a little from the wall due to not being able to put it flush against the wall because of the water heater pipes (this shelf was meant to go by the dryer but the legs come out too far and the dryer wouldn't open), I feel as though it opened up the space and gave us more room. I LOVE THE STORAGE! I cannot be more happy that I have shelving to store big items like my carpet cleaner or big laundry baskets - my utility closets just do not provide me with enough space. Having a 4-tier shelf has given me the ability to not have everything all over the floor (I live with a man and a teenage boy who see no problems with having stuff laid out on the floor). I didn't care about the color - just the shelving and durability. Got it on sale which was nice because Vipek runs a little steep in price, but you also get quality products. Can't wait to buy another shelf! Installation was a breeze and they are lightweight that you can carry by yourself.

We needed a storage solution for our smallish guest bedroom closet. We tried hanging a couple different garment bars from the side walls and even the ceiling. But the dry wall in that closet is a thin kind and even with anchors it couldn't bear the weight. So, a more impermanent option made sense and this unit fits perfectly. It was easy to assemble and a good price. The width of our closet was just right and we had plenty of headroom, so we are able to utilize the top of the unit for more boxes and storage.

This organizer surpassed my expectations. I have a nearly identical looking shelf from another company that caused me to be leery of this one. I trusted all of the reviews and am so glad that I did. It went together quickly and easily, it’s very sturdy, and the adjustability of the shelves is great. Even though I measured the space, it looks taller once assembled. Once I had it together and loaded down, I was still able to scoot it back closer to the wall without any of the poles or shelves coming out of alignment. A solid fit, and finally my camping and hiking gear is organized.

Excellent shelving unit and easy to assemble. I would buy it again. I also bought the V-3 and it was excellent as well.

Super easy to put together, took me about 20-30 minutes with no issues. The size is perfect for my space and doesn’t feel bulky, but still holds a lot. The shelving is a huge plus. I use it for shoes, jeans, shorts, and hats, and it keeps everything organized in one place. The hanging space is also solid and doesn’t sag, even with heavier clothes. The material feels sturdy and stable once assembled. It doesn’t wobble, and overall it feels like it can handle a good amount of weight. Pros: • Easy to assemble • Great for small spaces • Plenty of storage (shelves + hanging) • Sturdy and stable Cons: • Price is a little higher than I’d like Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend it if you need a simple, space-saving clothing rack.

This fit perfectly in my closet and was exactly what I was looking for. I’m skeptical if it really holds the weight it says, but it’s perfect for what I need it for.

Great Garmet rack, loved it so much, I bought 3 in total.

I recently purchased this closet shelving unit, and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and functionality! First off, it’s incredibly sturdy and can hold a lot of weight—ideal for everything from clothes to heavier items like bags, shoes, and large coats. The materials feel premium and solid, so I’m confident this will last for years to come. What I absolutely love is how versatile it is. The fact that it’s self-standing means I can easily use it as a closet in my office space without having to commit to built-in shelving. When I move or decide to switch things up, I can just disassemble and transform the space back into a full office. Overall, this shelving unit has exceeded my expectations in both design and practicality. It is easy to assemble and I highly recommend it!
