IT'S PETER MAX ALRIGHT. MY FAVORITE ARTIST. THE PICTURE IS A BLURRY COPY OF A PICTURE. I WISH THEY HAD SHARPENED IT UP A BIT. IT IS INEXPENSIVE SO I WILL KEEP IT AND HANG IT UP.
