2nd one purchased
This was our second okuma purchased!!! We were so pleased with the first Okuma reel we bought that we decided to purchase this as a gift for my father along with a brand new rod. The first time this rod went out fishing my dad was literally hooked!! We purchased braid line- 40#, and it was able to hold quite a bit of line. Our dad calls it the lucky reel because he said it catches fish every time. 😂 He has not had any issues, it handles very smooth and for the price you are getting such a quality product.

Good baitrunner for wipers
Caught 8 to 12lb wipers on it with no problems, have not used it on cats or anything over 15lbs. It's plastic so not as right but inexpensive and works great as a bait runner for big wipers.

Quality at a tremendous price
The reel was smooth as a Shimano, nice as a Daiwa, better that a pflueger and half the price, beat inflation buy an Okuma Avenger🤗

Solid construction, happy with size and structure. Clicker for bait runner could be louder but can be heard unless it’s a windy day

Bait runner
Great bait runner for way less than the original bait runner. Very smooth drag and the bait runner function is great for live bait.

Awesome.
Haven’t used it for intended purchase but works well with my test trials with the dog and cat. I fully expect the stripers to grab some bait and run with it and will be awesome to set the drag and reel them in. Great price and can’t wait for the summer run of the big fish on their way :)
