I have had pretty good luck with it - I think relative to the size (slightly more round but shorter than a lifesavers roll) it is awesome. I have brighter lights... but none in this size and none with a CRI this good. I haven't noticed any PWM/flicker - I had read that some predecessors to this light may have demonstrated mild cases of this. The only thing I'd knock is that the micro-usb cover doesn't seem to want to stay 100% seated. I carry it in a jacket pocket, so perhaps that is due to bumping against car keys, etc. I like it enough that I got two more for friends. I think for those that don't want the UV version -- there's a variant that uses a red light instead of UV (useful for stargazing or aviation).
