Great gloves for aquarobics class. Provide resistance in the water when moving arms and hands.

I'm using these to increase the productivity of my poolwork outs. They stay in place but don't squeeze or pinch. They work well for increasing resistance in the water and bring my water agility to new levels.

I have been using these gloves approximately 4 times per week for the past couple of months to swim at the gym. I have to say that I absolutely love them. They are still in great condition, you cannot tell that I wear them as often as I do. The gloves have added an extra workout to my swim, which as helped me slim down a bit and started to tone my arms and chest. I find that swimming my normal set of laps and also utilizing the gloves while doing some basic water aerobics is a great chest, back and arm workout. I couldn't be happier, and I plan on ordering a pair for my wife as well.In regards to the fit- I ordered an extra large size and they fit perfectly. For scale, I also wear a extra large hospital glove.

I bought a pair of these in 2016 or 2017 and swam over 100 km in them through University, all logged in a spreadsheet and on FitBit. They did eventually become stretched out and get a hole or two around the fingertips so I bought a second pair in Spring 2021, but the first pair still technically worked. Not bad for a chlorine pool. I followed their advice and rinsed them in fresh water after most (but surely not all) swims.There is nothing more fun than swimming in these! They give you such a powerful upper body stroke that propels you and is a really good upper body workout. Just be careful on your shoulders and follow their instructions to transition into using them over a period of time. If you are careful, your body will get used to them and you can go full throttle every single day.10/10, highly recommend.

So yeah when you wear these you're going to be able to catch more waves. Look at it this way- if you have the ability to put more power in your paddle stroke you're going to catch waves faster instead of them passing you by. These gloves do that. I've worn them over the years plenty of time surfing and you can snake the other guy out of a wave big time with this LOL. Seriously though if you want to catch more waves whether a body border or Surfer or body surfing this will help put you in the pocket. They're easy to put on easy to take off have a velcro adjustable strap. And it's best like wetsuits to clean them off with water when you're done with them that way they will last. Catch more waves!

The stitching failed and began to split on the first use. This hasn't effected the overall use but I expect that off it does continue it will.They made it much easier to turn/ dive down/ back up

I have surfed with these glove about 5 days/week for 7 months and they're almost in as good a shape as when I bought them. They outlasted my last wetsuit!. That surprised me because when you look at them you think they won't last long. But they do. There's also ample dexterity when they're on. I stow and unstow my surfboard leash with them on. I bought about 5 different types of swimming gloves and returned all the others. When this pair finally tears or wears out, I'll replace it with these exact same gloves.
