actually i purchased this belt for my armwrestling traning, i gout it helps alot for me, its super strong and current i hang 40kg on this and it seems like nothing for this bels.It actually put good pressure for pronation, before that i was using a 'chunni' which is just ok but hurt my hand so much but this doesn't hurt tha hand. i think you should have a belt like this if you are interested in armwrestling.
