SP Bel-Art, H-B DURAC Plus ASTM Like Liquid-In-Glass Laboratory Thermometer, 113F / Softening Point, (Bitumen) Wide Range, Total Immersion, 0 to 350F, Organic Liquid Fill (B60750-5900)

The top of the thermometer has a tail of glass going off to one side that prevents it from fitting inside the thermometer armor case purchased for this. I worked in a lab for 40 years and never encountered this sort of thing in all that time. The tops of thermometers are always smooth and rounded. The first thermometer I ordered arrived broken as it was shipped in a padded envelope instead of a rigid box and that too had this glass tail. The blue spirit is so pale that it is very difficult to read the thermometer.

The thermometers I received were the wrong size, unit and range. One of them had 2 different model numbers on the outside labels.

Fix this now!!!!! The thermometer was in 6 pieces when I received it.
