Amazing product! Great clumping, little tracking and dust, and traps odors.

My last box of Kitty litter was made to be very slick and not stick to the box, the scoop, or anything else. It was super slipping and no tracking. It worked really well for that but stunk like chemicals and litterbox contents, even though I scooped for my one cat at least once a day. I switched to this fresh step and not only does it clump well but it smells like fresh laundry. I still scoop for my kitty daily but I'm pretty sure if I skip a day or would still make her room smell fresh. It has great longevity and doesn't track. The price was also better than the awful stuff.

Not the same as outstretch. Better. I ordered fresh step outstretch in the lighter blue box that I've used for months and loved. But they sent me this one called clean paws, and I was a little ticked until. Until I realize it was not even tracking outside the box. My other one they would track over and get on my treadmill that I had to cover with a sheet to keep the grit off it. Not with this clean Paws one. It seems a little harder to go through with my metal wires of my scooping thingy, but once I saw there was no need to vacuum all the time, and that the sheet on my treadmill was clean, I'm a Believer! I'm also a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible says the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus. Not by works. Ephesians chapter 2 verse 8 and 9. And another verse says that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. Not believe and be good. Just believe. He will make you good but that's not the way to heaven, it's just through him. And 1st John 5:13 says you may know you have eternal life by Believing on him. Anyway I love the cat litter now and hope they don't change it except I would like an unscented choice.

There are good and bad things about this cat litter. It clumps well, and the dust level is a lot...I mean *a lot* lower than others. Also, the "clean paws" is accurate. After trying a bunch of different brands and types, and seeing how much ends up getting scattered around from being trapped in the paws, this one defintitely doesn't do that. No litter outside the box, and that's good. That's what I love about it. What I don't love about it is the smell. Oh, the actual fragrance is fine, but it's way too overpowering. I get that it's meant to cover up the smells we don't want to smell, but this fragrance gets all over everything. The cat itself smells like it rolled in the rejected scent pile at a perfume factory. It of course ends up on the cat's paws and then the cat walks through the house and the cat litter smell goes everywhere. Yes, it's better than some other smells going everywhere, but it's still just too overpowering. What would be better is an odor eliminator, not an odor cover-up-er. Also, this cat litter is way too expensive. It is justs cat litter, after all. That said, I continue to purchase this because it is the best option, but that's the only reason.

This is the only cat litter I have ever used that controls the smell. Great product.

I’ve tried so many different cat litters, and honestly, I was starting to feel pretty helpless with how bad most of them smelled. I have two male cats who are brothers, so I went from zero cats to two overnight and had no idea which litter would actually work. I tried a bunch of recommendations, but none of them lived up to the hype. This litter completely changed that for me. The odor control is amazing — there’s barely any smell at all, honestly nothing noticeable. I also live in a very small space, so smell matters a lot, and this litter keeps everything feeling fresh. Another huge win is the tracking. With other litters, there was dust and sand everywhere — all over the floors, constantly — and it felt like my place was never clean. With this one, there’s little to no tracking, which is such a relief. I genuinely love this litter and will absolutely keep buying it. If you’re struggling with odor or tracking, especially in a smaller space, this one is 100% worth trying.

I will puke if I smell cat pee or poop. Every time. Took a while to find THE litter for my cats, and I finally found it with this one. Do I forget to clean the litter every day (or few days)? Yep. Bc life. Bc brain fog. Is it possible my husband and I thought the other was cleaning the boxes and went 10 days without cleaning them?? Yes, once or twice. Don’t come for me. Did I smell ANYTHING during those times? No. Nothing. NOTHING. Which is why we both thought the other was cleaning it! Clumping? Top notch. Transfer out of box on tiny cat feet? Minimal. (Get a litter catcher for under the box and you’ll never step on a stray piece of litter ever again with this stuff). This is for the cat parents who may be forgetful (perimenopause and brain fog are real my friends!), have busy lives, and/or multiple cats. When I tell you I’ve done the research and wasted too much money and time with DOZENS of litters and this is the winner, hands down? Trust, friend!! Too good to be true usually is, but NOT THIS TIME, baby!! If you don’t like it, I’ll pay for your next box ;) Also, it’s cat approved. As soon as we clean and refill, they go straight for it to do their business. I take that as a positive. Oh and one last side note - did some research and it turns out you’re only supposed to have about 1-2 inches of litter in there. The 3-4 inches idea was made up my cat litter manufactures to make you buy more. Just a lil fun fact I thought I’d share :) Happy cats = happy life

I have 7 cats and have looked for a litter that is affordable, dust free, clumping,Oder controlled. Most of all the cats have to like it. I will buy this again. I change 6 boxes a month.

I have tried various Fresh Step litters and I have loved every single one. They last very long and have superior odour control, even their unscented litters!! Nothing else like this brand. With others, I eventually have to drown them with deodorizers (added costs). Not Fresh Step. It keeps controlling odours and the used litter remains cleaner than the rest, if you know what I mean. As for this Clean Paws, I don't find the particle size to be large. They're not sandlike but not large either. Just regular sized particles. Creates hard clumps and litter stays clean. This one can form hardened clumps at the bottom of the litter box that can be hard to get out and after weeks, can start to mush. Just FYI. If you are sick or dealing with health issues or disabilities which prevent you from cleaning every single day, this is something to keep in mind. If not, this is not something you'll ever have to find out. Just wanted to put it out there cause you never know who this might help. It's easy to clean though. You don't have to worry about dust with this brand.

The only litter I’ve tried over the two years as a cat owner that doesn’t track dust & hold onto odor. I have tried Dr Elseys, Arm & Hammer etc and they’re either terrible at clumping, leave scent or dusty. Though the scent is strong I don’t want a stinky litter box. If you scoop daily and change once a month it’s fab! I have a steel litter box and use bin liners.

It’s a great product, but the price is way expensive
