SCAM COMPANY
My phone stopped charging after 5 months of use and is still well within the policy for a refund, it took the company a week to try and fix the phone, and I was told it has water damage. I have no idea how it has water damage, because electronics and water do not work well together and I was smart enough not to mix the two. I have contacted Amazon and the ombudsman, and will update this review as and when.

Good phone
So I've purchased this as good as new and to be fair it was. Saved some money but always read the condition and its meaning before you buy. As for the phone itself I'm happy with it. A lot bigger than my old phone but that's not a bad thing.

Battery life is amazing.
I'd been looking for a replacement for a Huawei P20 lite - due to the uncertainty with America and China. This phone met the requirements for future proofing that I had set out for myself. There is the added security of using the bio-metric apps( fingerprint, facial rec, etc), as well as the usual password and passcode. The battery life has astounded me because anyone who has owned a smartphone, well knows the nightly charging routine. This one will go one and a half to two days between charges, depending on usage. When I bought this phone, I saved £179 on the full retail price from Samsung. I have seen it advertised for £280 odd since. Whatever price you pay THIS IS A VERY GOOD PHONE!!!.

Very happy with this purchase.
A great phone for the money, it's just a 2nd phone for my business account, but it's much better than expected. It's not wireless charging but I bought an adaptor which converts it and now it's perfect :)
