Purchased this for my older boys to work out on for Karate. Ages 10 and 12. Working great for them because the app keeps them focus and it provides stat's at the end. They want to see how well they did so they really put forth effort. Workout app is awesome to use.Wife and I started adding it to our workouts when we want cardio and it's raining outside.I gave it 4 stars because:1. When doing uppercuts the adjustment will not hold and the bag will move up higher. But nothing I would be concerned about. It really only happens to me since I am trying to knock the crap out of it.2. About 15 to 20% of the time I have intermittent issues connecting USB device to my phone. If I reinstall the batteries it works. I am using new duracell batteries and Samsung S7.

Used it for a while. Compare to a professional double bag, it’s hard to adjust the flexibility of the bag. But, it’s easy for home jam and can use for some basic kickboxing and ITT training. The app is a plus. Customer service is friendly and efficient. Ex: my first bag is leaking, they send me a replacement next day. Overall, a good buy.

There are two attitudes one can adopt when one realizes they have completely wasted $200: you can get mad, or you can invite friends over and laugh yourself silly. I encourage the second. What a party can be had when, as a group, you attempt to interpret Chinese-to-English instructions for a pretty inferior product. A fairly basic design is made unbelievably complicated with an unbelievable amount of unlabeled parts, some unexplainably impossible to use in the diagrams, which one must rely on because the instructions are incomprehensible. ("Make the cable through the tripod"). One is not forewarned when purchasing this made-for-laughs product that it must be anchored by a large balloon filled with water, or that the pieces that must be connected are often impossible to connect if one is not two inches tall and cannot fit inside the pipes. And pipes-a-plenty are provided with this product. E Pluribus Pipem. The only exercise this award-winner is going to facilitate is when you meet the inventor and beat him/her to death in a frenzy of frustration with one of these infernal pipes.

I purchased this about a month ago, and have really enjoyed using it. Amazon shipping was fast as usual and assembly was simple since the bolts and nuts are pre-organized by assembly step, which I wish more companies did.The integration with the app is great and I really enjoy the workouts. Since I workout in my garage, it's great to be able to move this thing around when I need the space for other projects.I'm a foot taller than my wife, so it's nice to be able to easily adjust the bag height so that she can use it as well. Even my 8 year old likes to get in front of it and take a few swings with the bag at his level.The bladder in the bag developed a slow leak about a week ago, and I emailed Nexersys support to discuss a replacement. They responded to my email in less than 10 minutes (Thanks Terry!) and immediately sent a replacement, which really impressed me. Again, I wish more companies had this approach to customer service.For HIIT training that is fun and develops accuracy and speed at the same time, you'd have a hard time finding a better product.

I love everything about this piece of equipment! The price, takes up little space in my home gym, pretty simple to put together (Thanks to my boyfriend!:-)) and the best added investment to my home gym!

Ok it arrived super fast and is a well built piece. Is it worth the additional price of a traditional bag? I would say definitely no if you don't get the IPHONE integrated version as otherwise it is just a double ended bag with a nice frame.The IPHONE deal works flawlessly overtime so far and even the kids love it. It makes the workout interesting which is why you are buying an expensive bag over a $50 tied to your rafters and a weight on the floor.The one problem I have as a beginner is the bag is very fast even on the least tension setting. You can't bob back and fourth with the bag it is just bouncing back way to fast for a beginner or maybe even other levels. If you jab the bag as fast as you can jab again the bag is there, it is like a speed bag. Hard to develop a routine. You and up timing the bag vs using aim and position recognition. Think of turning your head as you keep hitting a speed bag at a set pace. You can do it all day unless you change pace or switch hands.The fix??? I simply went to HD and bought some links to add length to the bungy cord and it has helped take the rebound speed out of the bag. I like getting into a routine while the bag is just bobbing on barely any tension and then when i advance I pull a little more speed into it.I will update in a couple months but as of now if you have the money? it is about the same any other card machine so???*************************************************************UPDATE!!!!************************************************************Ok almost 3 years later and this thing is great workout. My original bag gave up about a year in but they has a better replacement bag. The new bag has better air inlet and just feels betterI reread my orig comments about the bag being too fast and I will say it was because the nylon bungee reacts differently then other styles. Once you get used to it there is no issues. I do like the adjustable strap which does effect the quickness of the bag. I would still like the bag to wander a little more rather than be so predictable.The sensor is still working although i broke an iPad with a punch. the mouthing bracket should be very low so you look down or up at it vs being in punching harms way. $150 lesson now i leave on a table near the machine.For a punching bag set up to last this long is pretty impressive. I am not a boxer and 3 years ago 3 rounds was exhausting now 12-15 rounds for a fat 50 year old man trying to stay alive is a good gain in my eyes. NOTHING relieves tension like this thing!!!!

This is an excellent boxing exerciser. I really like it, it works great but it was not easy to put together. The parts were not labeled I had to guess what when where and there were quite a few nuts and bolts that had to be assembled. There was also one part missing but they shipped it out right away. I really like it and I’m enjoying it every day I definitely recommend it.
