Good puzzle

The puzzle was easy to see as the finish was matte. In bright light or cloudy days it was easy to see the detail.

Loved working this puzzle!

The puzzle pieces are quality, snap together well and stay together. The color scheme is nice and I love dreaming of being in Italy while working it. I don't do it often but I've worked it twice and then glued and framed it! I will be buying more from this company!

Missing pieces

Recently purchased puzzle from Amazon. 3 pieces were missing and 1 piece was damaged. Quality of puzzle was excellent, as well as thick pieces, but highly unlikely I will purchase another Peter Pauper puzzle due to missing pieces. As an update their customer service supervisor was super. Provided immediate action to the problem. Their customer support exceeded my expectations.

Great puzzle!

I've ordered several puzzles to entertain us during this pandemic and this one is by far the best. The pieces are thick and of very high quality. The puzzle comes with a full sized poster that is unbelievably helpful. The picture is beautiful and so much fun to work on.I will definitely be being another puzzle from this company!
