My daughter is a year now and we have been using this diaper balm since birth. We ran out once and tried a suite of other creams and they were all terrible. This balm is oil based so a little goes a long way. We've only to purchase it twice in a year. The smell is very pleasant, not overpowering, and we have had no adverse reactions. I love this so much that I bought another one to use on her little eczema patches and it works better than any eczema cream on the market. Cannot say enough about how much I love this diaper balm.
