Smells amazing, lasts for days, very warm/woody with the right amount of sweet. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It could just be me ima smell Saks initio and then get back to you. I’m sorry but I spent like 400.00 in this I just want to make sure.

Update: after some use the fragrance changed and it smells more like what we anticipated. Im not sure if there was separation while it was stored, or what happened. It does smell a lot better though.I sampled this fragrance at Saks, and the one I ordered here does not smell the same. I don’t know if it was stored wrong or if we received a return item.

This is my first perfume from Initio and it most definitely will not be my last. I am addicted.This scent is a beautiful, smooth blend of Rum, Tobacco, Vanilla, and Cinnamon. During the opening you are met with a wonderfully bright, almost citrusy rum note along with a wave of vanilla which gives way to a warm, rich vanilla/tobacco drydown.The notes present are balanced perfectly with the tobacco and vanilla blended expertly.Both the silage and projection of this scent are insane. You'll find yourself still smelling it 12+ hours later. Be sure to use sparingly lest it become overwhelming.

I have no idea about sellers here but Initio Side Effect is easily the best blended perfume you'll put on your skin for the next 20 years. This stuff is magic. Straight alchemy.If you scoff at the 200+ price tag, get a $12 2ml decant and see.
