I only give them four stars instead of five because the pant on the lug nuts wears off way to easy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I was looking for. *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2012* I ordered these lug nuts to go with a new set of wheels I had picked up at a swap meet for my 1966 Mustang. I wanted something black and the options for non-chrome lug nuts seem a bit limited sometimes. I found these and they are the right size, length, etc. My biggest concern was the durability of the finish. I can say that I have already had the wheels on and off the car many times while getting the tires fitted and massaging the wheel wells and the finish is still good. I only use a proper ratchet and socket and never make any harsh moves but otherwise, they've held up to my standards. They have scuffed a little where the driver contacts the splines, but there are no chips and I still consider the finish to be very reasonable. Certainly they are holding up better than my last set which I had painted black. Just touching it with another lug nut in my pocket will scratch it basically and when i put them on with the driver it just put little nicks all over it. I bought it for functionality and looks. But they scratch so easily I basically just bought them for functionality.If you put them on and off your car a few times there will be a bunch of nicks in it. So just keep that in mind.Other than that so far so good. I am not planning on buying another set of lug nuts for my car until I really need them so when I do I will try follow up on this review with how long they really last on my car.
