does liquid clear yellow over time?

Not that I am aware of, and you usually cover over liquid clear with color anyway, so it wouldn't be noticeable. I don't think Bob Ross would have used, or endorsed anything that did.I wouldn't even think twice about it.

what is this used for ?

Bob Ross liquid clear are excellent for making the canvas slick and easy to put dry oils on. Helps paint not mush together.

Will this work with nuclear glow in the dark powder to create a glow in the dark paint. the recommend not using water based paints with this.

Yes. Gel gloss is mostly linseed oil. It will take several days for the paint to cure, like an oil painting. Oil paints are linseed oil and pigment. It takes time for oil paintings to finish, especially when sections need overlapping the different colors w/o bleeding into surrounding areas is time consuming.

I paint I use Bob Ross supplies if you have a chance and can take a Bob Ross painting class do it. You will learn a lot and enjoy the painting class

Love this product. Always have a few of these in stock.

I've been painting portraits for decades and this product makes blending colors so easy. If you use as much of this as I do, it takes a bit longer for oil paintings to dry, but other than that, I don't paint without it.
