The product has been received without inconvenience and has worked well as expected.

I got two of these printers for business. brand new out of the box the first printer would fail to feed paper. I cleaned the rollers and it worked and printed normal. It printed about 100 pages and did the same. I changed paper got new paper from office max. cleaned rollers and again after about 100 pages did the same. so I thought just a bad printer. so I opened the other printer. same thing. as long as I clean the rollers every 100-150 pages they work but. try explaining that to a customer. very disappointed. I expected better from OKI. I've been using these printers for year and never had as much problems as I've had in the last 6 months.I'm calling OKI tech support but they only tell me to do the same thing I'm already doing. I haven't gotten any satisfaction yet.

This is not a Printer that can connect to a network. It says it is wireless, but it really isn't. You have buy a separate USB cable to connect it directly to a computer.

For paper jams go into the menu to the media menu, then set the paper size type and weight and no more jams. I suffered from paper jams for a year till I found this fix, now no more

i purchaced this junk printer to replace the currant one I have which I have to do every 8 months to a year because they do not last but is only printer I can use for my point of sale register, anyways I did not hook this one up right away and when I did it will not turn on at all and they will not return it, also this printer is listed as new and when I opened it the printer in was already installed and there was no protecting film on screens so this tells me someone else had same problem but tried it right away and sent it back within the 1 month time frame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY
