And it Alway has stayed in that margin outside. In a dark room you can see the infa red pulse every few seconds and seam to adjust corispodingly. My Use has been at room temperature. **Q: Does this unit have external sensors?if so how many,am looking for one to use specifically in a Greenhouse.** A: This unit does not have external sensors, it is however still working great for me. For remote sensing, you may want to look at Lascar brand. I use one of their USB models for remote temp and humidity tracking, I am very happy with it.
