shaker restriction in top or just open to dump all ?

Mine has a shaker restrictor in the top of the bottle, working very well.

The label states, "Italian style." No where does it say, "Made in Italy." Where is the Country of origin?

The label says product of Italy, distributed by Cento Foods in West Deptdord NJ. So, not really sure.

Why does the label say contains sulfites when it says it does not contain preservatives ?

When grapes are grown to make wine the pits have sulfites in them. When the grapes are macerated the pits release very slight amounts of them. Sulfites can also be sprayed on the grapes while they’re still on the vine to promote ripening. Since it occurs in nature it’s not considered a preservative in the same sense as an artificial one. Some people can be sensitive to them so they have list them as an “ingredient.”
