I’ve been searching for a bit for a gummy (both pre and pro-biotics combined)- these are really yummy (grape like flavor to me)- they are not too sticky or chewy. Very happy with these.

I’ve been taking the pre+probiotic gummies for about 3 weeks now. Ordered them because I’ve been dealing with chronic constipation on & off for years. I’d usually go over a week without a BM no matter my diet. I eat pretty healthy so I doubted dietary fiber was the issue. I decided to give these a try so I won’t increase damage to my gut health by taking so much medicine to produce a poo. Happy to report, since taking these, I’ve had a decent BM daily! (Also like to point out, start with just 1 gummy a day) these have been life changing or should I say gut changing! Highly recommended!

These gummies offer us the ability to help our own gut health with the fun convenience of gummies. The taste is wonderful and reminds me of elderberry gummies. ( I honestly did not look at ingredient list). Bottle size can last one person a full month if quantity taken is 2 daily. This has help my husband and I with improved gut health after testing it for more than a month. A great product so far!

Optimum immunity and probiotic support. These are not very good tasting. They are really really sweet at first and then yuck a gross medicine taste hits. I think if it didnt taste like pure orange flavored sugar and then medicine it would be fine they need to dial back the sugar taste. The gummies are firm and kind of hard on the outside and then very sticky when you bite into them they stick to your teeth. I was not a fan of these at all. I am sure the ingrediants and quality are good but I didnt like the taste and consistency of the gummy.
