The grip quality is the first thing you notice when you pick up a pen. The second thing you notice is the smoothness of the click. The third thing, ink quality. Pretty happy overall. These write very smooth I work in public safety and have these pens in my pocket 24hrs at a time. They are well made and rugged. I like the gel ink. The rubber grip makes for improved comfort.

Best by far of the Gel Pens. Dries quickly, so no more chance of smearing for a few seconds after using. Writes on difficult surfaces like cash register receipts without skipping like may Gel pens do.

Sharpie Gel pens have been my favorite pens for a few years now. They just glide when writing on almost any type of paper (I have had issues with other pens not writing wel on paper with certain coatings, particularly post-its). The 0.5 and 0.7 sizes are absolutely great, I find that the 0.37 can be a bit scratchy on some surfaces. Lots of ink in each pen unlike some of the competition, however it isn't waterproof. I buy them by the dozen now because they frequently get 'borrowed', but the price is good.

I use these at work and they function as advertised.

I have stocked up on these in the past since I use them on a day-to-day basis when taking notes at work.
