Solid footing !!
This is my second pair, I used them in winter for walking the dogs. I live on a dirt road and in winter the snow / ice can be a real pain. These remove that issue, once you put them on a couple times it is quick and easy. Great traction, wear very well. I have had / used the first pair for five winters. This set is on the wife's muck boots.

Poor quality
I have had this brand before and they worked out excellent. This current pair was worn one time and 3 of the 7 "cleats" were flat on one of them and one of 7 "cleats" flattened on the other one. For sure, the one cannot be worn again. Very disappointing after having the same pair in the past and having them last for a long time.

The Best Design, but with drawbacks
I like the metal spike, surrounded by a circle if sticky rubber. These kept me on my feet as I have a steep, 400 foot driveway that stays iced over all winter. I literally walk down the driveway throwing sand so I can get the 4 wheel drive pickup down the hill. The drawbacks: they are hard to get on my 10 1/2 size boot. They need to make a larger size. And as another review said, if you use them every day, they do not last. Mine broke down before the winter was over.

Zero--Stud broke after two uses walking on snow
Pathetic customer service when a stud broke on these SnowTrax after two uses. Amazon links you to a company called Implus. Item in picture is not item sent.
I did order this item based on the pictuer. After recieving the item, relized the name of the item is not the one pictured. The snow trax yaktrax have spikes and seem to be good, just not what I thought I was ordering.

These run small, don't last
While I like Yaktrax, these were not a good buy. I thought they were extra-large (bought for my husband's boots), but they barely fit. And after only a couple of weerks of intermittent use on city streets to walk the dog, the ruber has broken in places and several studs are gone.

These work fantastically!
Easy to put on boots. I wear a ladies 8.5 and got a lg/xlg and they’re perfect. Work great on snow and ice.
