The color is truly a warm white color with none of that bluish tint of other LED lamps. I really like that these LED lamps only use a little more than one watt rather than 10 watts or 20 watts. These are every bit as bright at the 20 watt halogens and produce far less heat which is especially nice during the summer. Makes a huge difference in battery life when not running the generator or hooked up to shore power. My one minor complaint with every LED G4 replacement has been the lack of a taper on the ends of the pins can make it a little difficult to install these into my fixtures. I noticed the original halogen bulbs have nice tapers on the ends of the pins and insert easily. These you will have to wiggle them around and push a little harder to get them in. Note: As these units work over a wide range of input voltages because of the active switching regulator built onto the reverse side of the PWB, these are NOT dimmable in the usual sense. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 22, 2015* This is the second time I have ordered these lights. They are a nice warm white as described.
