Excellent biscuits that aren't too sweet
I used to buy these in England years ago, and am happy that I can get them on Amazon. They are great with tea and have just the right amount of crunch and crumble. I enjoy a few every day with a cup of tea and a few slices of good Irish cheese.

Love these biscuits!
Ever since I first had them at teatime in Scotland, I'm always on the lookout for my McVities. Sometimes I can find them in the grocery store, usually in the specialty aisle. They are a British product that I can usually find when traveling overseas. They are made of wheatmeal and are crunchy like a cookie but just slightly sweet (which is probably why they call them biscuits and serve them at teatime). They are not heavy like a shortbread. And each biscuit is a good size too - about a 3-inch medallion. If you like crunch and subtle sweetness, these might become your favorite too!

Wonderful biscuits! Not overly sweet, just like in Scotland.

Delicious, but too delicate to ship without bubblewrap.
They arrived as mostly whole "biscuits," and they were fresh, but sandy feeling. This brand isn't always available locally, so I was glad to be able to get them. But the sleeves could have used a little more padding. I'm an American, so I call these cookies, and eat them as cookies. I'm not crushing them up to be used in other recipes.
