Ryisbis a qell made and presented item that works very well and seems to hold the heat for quite a while.if anything its a little short to wrap around my elbow joint but that's down to me and not the manufacturer. Actual functionality is brilliant.

Heats up quickly in microwave and helps ease a bad back
Item is a little smaller(not as wide as my old wheat bag) but still does the job.

So good, I have two
Easy to microwave for 2.5mins. Unscented, which is perfect. Stay hot for a good while and when the heat dies off, just top it up in the microwave for a another 90 seconds. We use these lots and would recommend.

Disappointed
If I follow the instructions in the leaflet enclosed the item is only lukewarm and there is a warning not to exceed the time. I already have an identical product from a different company and instructions state heat for 2 minutes.
