Used this to reattach a roof brace to the roof skin of an older Truck. Worked great. I did a 24 hour set up before letting the glue hold things together by itslef. This stuff is a lot thicker and harder to pump a bead with than something like bathroom caulking, so make sure you have a good gun and your hands are up to the task before you start out.

I picked up both the 252 and the 715 for my Aliner back in 2024, everything is still holding strong with zero leaks.I used the 252 as the main adhesive to bond my replacement dome window down, and used the 715 to seal up all the roof vents and corner seams.The previous owner used silicone caulk, so I took the time to scrape down to bare metal with a razor blade. I then gave the whole area a good wipe down with acetone. (yes this removed some paint, but the Sikaflex covered all of the metal) Both products laid down nicely, cured solid, and have taken a beating from the weather without any issues.Highly recommend both if you're working on an old Aliner

The first tube of caulking would not even come out of the tube. So went through the motions to return, said item and get another one. The second one was even in worse shape than the first. There was no nozzle. And also it was bent up, and some of the caulk appeared to be leaking out of the bottom. We really wanted this item! I’m afraid I can’t go for number three unfortunately.

This did take a few hours to set up properly and I wouldn't touch it for at least 24 hours but we use this to connect our L brackets from solar panels to the roof of our fiberglass travel trailer and this worked like a charm, far better than VHB on the same surface. 10/10!

Used this to install solar panels on my van roof 3 years ago. Panels are still holding strong after being in the snow and extreme heat of Arizona. Stands up to using a power washer to blast debris from the channels under the panels too. No sign of degradation. Got another tube to install a new panel and was pleasantly surprised to get a metal tube! I did have issues with the plastic tube bursting during application cuz this adhesive is very thick

I use this to glue flexible solar panels to RV roofs. Knowing that the product is somewhat hard to extrude and having multiple panels to glue, I've used powered caulk gun.Unfortunately, the tube contents were very hard likely because being close to expiry (less than month left) or improper storage... The tube leaked lot more of its contents into my caulk gun rail and gears than to actual surface I was applying it to, basically ruining my new caulk gun.That being said, unlike with other products (that have completely detached during a rainstorm) the solar panels have withstood two Arizona summers, lots of rain without any sign of detaching.

Worked great on solar panel install on my TPO RV roof. I did make sure the surface was properly cleaned, prepped and 3 days of curing at 60-80 degree F temps before hitting the road with my RV. Put 1700 miles on them at interstate highway speeds in windy conditions and so far, so good!The stuff is thick so a good heavy duty caulk gun is recommended. Another caution is have your work prepared properly. I found out the hard way that once i started the tube, even though put a nail in the end and taped it up, it still set up in the tube so i had to start a new tube. Plan you work properly because it is pricey.

Both tubes arrived without the application tips.Shipping was right on time and its exactly what I ordered. But I cant use the tubes without tips for what I'm doing. Both tubes were wrapped up in plastic bags, so clearly nobody noticed they where missing before that.

Excellent product but it’s very stiff and you will need a heavy duty gun to apply quickly.

Alors, les produits passés date… je les ai quand même utilisés et j’ai bien failli le regretter. Mon panneau solaire s’est décollé; ça aurait pu avoir des conséquences dramatiques sur l’autoroute. Heureusement, je m’en suis rendu compte à temps. Une bonne leçon : mieux vaut ne pas prendre de risques avec ce genre de produit.

This anger at anti sag bonding adhesive but you better have a HD caulking gun to apply. It’s anti sag so thick and tough to expel out the tube. I tried with a cheap caulking gun but quickly changed to heavy duty.
