Perfect!
They look amazing! Quality fabric. Just got them in and the fit is perfect. I’ll wear them a month, wash/dry them and will update my review if anything has changed.

Get a 1 or 2 waist sizes up
Needs a couple cold water washes and a day or two of wearing to soften and break them in. Not too skinny which is nice. Definitely need to get one or two sizes up since they run tight in crouch area.

Best mechanic pants on the market.
As a marine tech these pants are crazy comfortable and dont bind up when getting in tight spaces. They clean up real nice after a day of turning wrenches and wiping grease on them. They are not as tight as in photos. Only down side is the butt cheeks and knees area do tend to blow out in 3 or 4 months pretty consistently. Still with that said these are my go to work pants. Getting a few pairs every few months seems reasonable enough. Just buy them you won't regret it.

Compliments to the max
These are so amazing, they fit snug to your leg and show off the leg muscle well with me. Granted, they ride up sometimes and hurt me in the middle but that’s probably from weight gain or so. Otherwise it’s amazing to work in these. They don’t rip or get overwashed

Great pants(Thank you Dickies for making great quality pants again)
Here the deal,Dickies finally makes a pair of pants for thin people with decent quality. I’ve been wearing dickies since the early 90’s. Here’s the catch. You have to go with the sand colored ones, because the darker colors fade around the as*-cr*ck area, unfortunately. Also, it seems that the sand colored ones have better stitching and a nicer brass zipper. Don’t ask me why.

Great pants, few problems..
I work in a book store. These are my work pants. I ordered the charcoal pair a year ago. The left knee ripped the other day when I was pulling the leg down, because when you sit pants come up a little. The charcoal pair does get lighter where it is stressed. Mine were mostly on the knees, which probably contributed to the rip, but also there's a light rectangle on my pocket where I keep my phone. I'm rarely on my knees on and off clock, if you're wondering. Over time the pants do loosen up quite a bit. The fabric will stretch out and may even be a size bigger. They definitely won't be as tight as they were on day one, but they still look great and aren't baggy. By the way, the 5th pocket on the leg isn't great, I've never used it for anything. I wear these pants a ton and for awhile they were my daily work pants 5 days a week. I'd say for the price and lasting a year they're worth the money. Even when we have a "jeans weekend" I prefer to wear these because they're more comfortable than my jeans. I read a lot of reviews that mentioned "cardboard pockets", sure they're stiff at first, but with a little wear and a couple washes it's all very soft.Because I like these pants so much I decided 3 months ago to order a pair in black. Unfortunately, when I zipped them up a couple days ago the zipper came right off. Also it looks like the knees on these are a little lighter from stress as well, but it isn't nearly as bad as charcoal. Both my pants decided to malfunction in the same week, bad luck I guess. I immediately ordered another charcoal pair and I'm going to try desert sand this time. I'll order another black pair eventually, because they look great. I'll give them another chance.

They look silly, not NEARLY as flattering as the picture
I thought I would give them a try for my teen age son. If they only looked 'decent' like the stock photo.Cons:1. Putting them on, the leg is so slim (which is no surprise) my very limber teen had to struggle to get them on.2. They are NOT good looking when on (the web picture is flattering, don't expect that look at all. I am sure it was really hard for them to get that picture at JUST the right angle.3. I have a slim (but not too skinny) teen who normally looks superb in cloths. These pants proved that they are horribly unflattering.4. The 'seat' area fit fine, and the rise was low, as I had hoped, but they were almost baggy, and the legs being so skinny made it look like they were wearing a diaper. I can't describe it exactly, but I had him put them on twice and said "YUCK" two separate times. I really wanted these to work, as I loved how the rise was lower, but nothing else about them was flattering. Even though I "ONLY" wear my jeans at the TOP of my hip bones (and no further) my son says I wear my pants too high like an old man! He insists on wearing his pants not too low, but about an inch (1.0") below the tops of his hip bones. The 'stock' Dickie work pants look fine and must have normal 'rise'.Pros:1. They seemed to be the excellent durability of Dickie work cloths.2. They had a lower rise, the 'stock' Dickie work pants have too high of a rise (although fine for many 'grown ups!).The Amazon return system was superb, no problem, easy label printing, and prompt conclusion.I ended up getting a few pairs of the 'stock' Dickie work pants (black) for his school uniform instead, they are superb. BTW, tiny trick for parents of uniform students: To have these pants 'truly' black, simple remove the two red "Dickie" brand tags. To do this EASY and not wreck the pants, I use a sharp pair of small scissors and then open them to use one side. I then use that side and make a gentle sawing motion against the threads that hold the back pocket/knee emblem on. I keep the pants TAUGHT so they are never slack, ensuring I keep the scissors blade at a flat (90%) angle the the pants (so the blade is absolutely flat to the fabric of the TAUGHT pants) and the sawing motion cuts the threads enough that I can pull up on the label and keep cutting knowing I am ONLY cutting the label threads. Once the small label is off I simply remove the thread leftovers from the back/front and it is totally GONE. On my second pair (an older pair) I was not cautious about keeping the fabric TAUGHT and I cut into the black fabric a little. Now that I am aware and keep the fabric stretched (pants are not being worn, BTW) I have had perfect success.I really needed an odd size you CANNOT get in stores (31x32) and Amazon is a great source (as usual).

Listen to reviews - Order a size up.
First off - I’m 5’3 and not a man. I tend to go for men’s skinny jeans because they fit my form nice and I don’t have to hem. A lot of the reviews mentioned they ran small. I ordered a 36 when I typically wear a 34 and glad I did. They were super stiff when I first got them for work as a machinist. At first I went, well - they fit nice, and not bad for work. But now a few washes in and they are soft and flexible now. I often find myself still in them hours after work. I might try and sneak them in as dress pants honestly. That’s how they feel now. They can kinda be tight around the calf - sometimes I get caught on them there taking them off. So if you don’t skip leg day - this might not be the pants for you.I love them tho. Remember. Order a size up.

Dickies no defrauda.
