This pad is decent. It is a little short and the padding is thin. It does the trick to keep from having the barbell pushing into your neck and shoulders. I would say for power lifters this might not be good enough.

It works perfect for me. It provides enough support on your neck/back and the part that I like the most is that I can carry it on my small gym bag because it folds so you don't have to carry a big gym bag unless you like too.

It works. I just wish it was more snugged to the bar

It lays flat so it's not super easy to attach evenly to the size bar I use. It works but not exactly what I was looking for

I used to get bruises or makes behind my neck from heavy squats just a towel for support. This really does add that little extra protection to that area.

Love it! More padded than the ones at the gym
