It is now 7/1/26 and they've gone radio silent on 6/16/26 when I asked for a refund. That was the last time I heard from Ting Ting in customer service despite my 2 email follow ups since. Not only did the $170 (and change) weed eater NOT last even 60 days, but we tried EVERYTHING from all the YT videos and manufacturer suggestions to get it started, etc. It literally was working one day and the next it wasn't with no damage done to it. It was hanging properly on the wall where no one could get to it without getting around items on the floor of the garage. This is frustrating that Amazon doesn't stand behind these products for more than 30 days because these companies are getting more and more ridiculous to deal with. Picture added of my husband's hands after trying to start this thing for an hour (as suggested to do by the way and priming, etc.). Mind you, his hands were already calloused. It’s 6/5/26 and we ordered this on 4/18; that’s not when we got it, however yet that is when the 30 day warranty started. So we are just outside of our 30 day window and have only used this a handful of times and today it won’t start. We have tried every video on YT and nothing works!
