Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, 512GB, Midnight Green (Renewed)

Was unsure of buying a refurbished phone because of the risk of being scammed but the phone came just as described. Battery health was 85% and there were a few scratches on the screen and chips on the side but they were only visible if you really looked for them. The phone works perfectly fine in every other area so i am very happy with my purchase:) Overall it is definitely worth getting a refurbished phone over a new phone because it is much more environmentally friendly and the newer models are priced ridiculously:))

I rarely write reviews but I have to say that I am very pleased with my purchase. The iPhone 11 Pro Max looks like new, it came in a generic box with third party cable and plug, but everything was well packaged and the phone even had a fresh screen protector on it. If I had known this beforehand, I would have spare a few bucks buying one separately, not that I'm complaining, I'll keep it as a spare. I'm writing this only a few days after the phone arrived but so far it works as expected. It was sold by Supreme Mobile UK and fullfilled by Amazon.

The phone crashes frequently, how can this phone have been tested before sending out ? It crashes within a minute of turning it on, the return process is difficult with mazuma, the return address seems to not exist and they made me arrange and pay for the return parcel fees, I sent the phone back, i have tracking that shows it has been received and they refuse to refund my money ! I asked Amazon to step in as the whole return process stinks ! Mazuma refused to give a refund, Amazon are not helping either, I am now going to take out a small claims court action to recover my money

Great phone only 1 issue and it keeps saying cannot verify this iphone has a genuine apple display which is kinda annoying however I understand this is a refurbished phone

Fantastic- phone looked new, battery life is fantastic, face recognition a feature great. Super phone. I’m very happy.

I did have an issue however I managed to solve it the company were amazing and would recommend to buy with confidence… I love the phone too 💜

Extremely pleased with my refurbished phone. It looks pristine and all seems to be working well. It arrived the day after it was ordered. I haven’t entered face recognition yet as security isn’t a problem at this moment.
