UPDATE: SENT AN EMAIL TO APP DEVELOPER. I THINK THEY FORGOT ABOUT THE APP SINCE YEARS BUT THEY RESPONDED AND RESOLVED THE OTP ISSUE AND APP IS WORKING VERY GREAT NOW. If you are looking to buy this for bluetooth option, please stop. Instead you can buy normal one without bluetooth for 455/- Because App is not working, not able to login, so you cannot make this device work remotely. So spending extra 350 for bluetooth option is seems kinda waste. Look at the review of the app before buying. I even wrote an email to godrej and still they are in resolving.

I bought this Godrej Aer Smart Matic about 6 months ago, and it’s been working perfectly so far. I’ve changed the spray bottle a couple of times, and it’s still going strong. One tip: when replacing the batteries, always use Duracell Ultra or Eveready Ultima. Regular batteries don’t have enough power and the machine won’t work properly with them.

This is a good product it has got . Scent working great , freshness is great , longevity for sure , Durability if good to , for sure. I loved it , it is still working as fine it’s was working that I have first.

I bought 3 units of this "Smart" Matic hoping to use the schedule feature to save money. It has turned out to be a complete waste of money and a huge headache. The Major Defect: "Ghost Spraying" The "Smart" features simply do not work. Even after syncing with the App and setting a specific schedule, the device ignores it and sprays randomly every 5–10 minutes. I have tried everything: resetting it, pulling the batteries, and re-syncing multiple times. Nothing works. It drains the battery and the expensive refill can in no time because it refuses to follow instructions. The Worst Part: Non-Returnable Amazon has listed this item as "Non-Returnable." So when you receive a defective unit like I did (software bugs/hardware failure), you are stuck with it. Customer care is making me run in circles while I am sitting with 3 useless devices. Verdict: Do NOT buy this "Smart" version. It is buggy, unreliable, and you cannot return it if it breaks. Save your money and buy any simple, non-smart electric plug-in from a local shop. Those "dumb" devices work far better and last longer than this overpriced tech junk.

1) Hardware 2) Software 3) Scent I have used this product for more than a month! NEGATIVE POINTS The product when arrived was really in a bad condition. 1) Not packed properly. The box was unsealed, etc. The first feeling after touching the product . . Cheap plastic, cheap motor(mechanism). Even after following the manual I was not able to connect it using bluetooth. POSITIVE POINTS Called the call center/service number. They asked for the serial number and asked me to reinstall it. This fixed the issue of the app and everything started working. Call center guy was preety helpful and polite. He also mentioned that I will have to change the batteries after each refill. HARDWARE: You can keep it on a table and you can even hang it on a nail. As mentioned earlier the unit is made of very cheap material if you campare with other brands. NOTE: Only use Duracel batteries, tried with 1 other brand, the motor was not able to press the nozzel and spray. (Due to lack of power) SOFTWARE: VERY GOOD. SCENT: Have tried all the scents, they all smell descent but when it comes to longevity. The best on is ALIVE. With Alive you can set the preset to 20 mins. For all others( Cool,Petal,violet,fresh,passion) u will have to use 10 mins preset. 40 mins Alive is good only if you are in AC room.

The functions are smooth using bluetooth and only recommend for a bedroom or congested areas for effective result. Not suitable for a large areas without a seperation.
