We Will See Our Pets in Heaven

I was disappointed at first , because this book was so thin. I judged the book by it's cover. But I opened the 1st page and all it had written on it was a verse. It was the most powerful verse that I needed to see during my suffering. It instantly hit me in the depths of my heart. As I studied this book and the bible verses it referenced, I was deeply moved. I did not realize God had so much to say about animals and our pets. Although I still occasionally cry when thinking of my dead 22 year old cat. The pain has subsided significantly, and that's mainly because I know that I will be reunited with her when it is my time to go. Sometimes I wish that time would come sooner, so that I can see her again sooner. You know the bond that you have with your pet. That bond goes beyond this physical world. If you're like me, you can sense it deep in your soul, that there's gotta be more to this story. I urge to start here and then move on to the next title" There is eternal life for animals". There is indeed more to the story and you will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Brian Burgess for using your pain and suffering to bless me in understanding the ways of God in relation to His animals.

This is a great book. Even if you haven't yet lost a pet or even own one, you'll be able to comfort someone unsure if their pet will be in heaven. The book does require something of you. You must believe God reveals some things line upon line, precept upon precept as it states in Isaiah. If you need God to come right out and say, "Your pet is in heaven" you'll never be comforted. That's a thing about God, it takes getting to know Him to know what He does/will do/etc. The only way to really know Him is through His word. So that requires reading, well, actually studying the Bible.That's what makes this book so great. The author builds an excellent scriptural case and provides the actual scriptures for those who get easily agitated by having to go from book to Bible to book and back. Now, I believe you should ALWAYS check it out in your Bible, is the scripture really there? Is it referred to in context? And I think by even by preventing this small source of agitation for the reader, a bit of the heart of the author is revealed.It's a very short book, an inspirational read and a very help in time of mourning. 7 stars.

I found this book to be of great comfort after my little dog passed away, I would recommend this book to anyone who is grieving for their beloved pet

Got this as a stocking filler for my father and also one for myself. Very pleased although I don't think the original price listed is a true representation

As a catholic a lot of people will tell you animals don't have souls. When my baby Thunder died, the idea of not seeing him again was to hard to deal with, and looking for a grieving book I found this beyond amazing book. From the first page to the end, it gave me the hope I will see him again.
