Douglas Smoke Wolf Plush Stuffed Animal

Words can't describe how much I absolutely adore this plush. It looks even better in person. The quality is incredible, it definitely surpasses the seven other Douglas stuffed animals I own but this one is my only D'lux. The paws are weighted, it has airbrushed features, and even the proportions are great. I really like the texture of the fur. The dark part, which is a little coarse, can get slightly matted (I've snuggled with this guy A LOT) but it's nothing a slicker brush can't fix. It still looks new a year later but I haven't washed it. It's the perfect cuddle buddy and it's definitely durable. My cat beat it up once when I wasn't looking but you couldn't tell. I also own two other wolf plushies from Douglas, Alder and Dancer, but I would choose Smoke over them any day regardless of the difference in price. I have ordered Niko the wolf, and will update this review once I can compare them. I highly recommend purchasing from the Douglas brand, even if they tend to be more costly for their size. It's clear how much care and thought goes into making their stuffed animals. They're durable, cuddly, and beautiful.

1st off, I am Rebecca's daughter, not Rebecca. This wolf was delivered ON my birthday, thanks to amazons great guaranteed 1 day shipping! It cost more than I thought it would, but that's alright because people take EXTRA time to make sure that my/your items arrive on time. My mom gave me the box, and I plopped it on the floor and began to open it, after I pulled him out, I realized he looked GREAT!! This wolf is beautiful, especially if your interested in keeping your wolf collection (if you have one or just want the wolf) realistic. The photos don't do this wolf much justice, but I've attached around #6 photos of him(left side, right side, front, back, top of back & last but not least, his belly. I've also included a photo of him next to the Webkinz Signature Timber Wolf and the Standing Hansa Wolf Cub, for size verification). He has more red than you'd expect, but not an overload, and his fur is very soft and plush. His colors blend nicely and he is large compared to other brands of stuffed animals. He stands on his own, yet he is floppy enough to go to sleep with and to put in a sitting or lying position. He WILL have crazy or smushed fur when you pull him out,/( I like to call it boxfur, lol!) So don't judge him based on that, because a regular comb for humans (OR dogs) will work just fine to comb him out to perfection! All in all, I'd say any Wolf-lover should get this Timber! (Timber as in a Timber Wolf BTW) I love him very much! <3

This little guy is even cuter than his photo. Fluffy, soft beautiful colors. Very cuddly. He has an adorable expression. Cutest wolf cub ever! Any child or adult would love him! I just received him today, and loved him immediately! A little spendy, but worth it for a special someone!

The media could not be loaded. I wrote a review and couldn’t find it so I wrote another without the pic. All I have to say it’s a gift for my 3 yr old granddaughter. I’d just as well keep it and get her something else or another. It is well made realistic wolf cub that will have you hugging and talking goo goo to it in no time. Very happy with it.

I have two granddaughters (10 & 11 years old) whose love for wolves began when they created them in Minecraft. I bought two different versions of the wolves made by Douglas and gave them to the girls. Both are very soft plush, flex and are very nice to cuddle with. This larger version was renamed "Timber" by one of the girls. She just loves him, takes him everywhere and sleeps with him each night. The designer did a great job with attention to detail to make them look natural and realistic looking. They appear to be very well made and should last a long time.

OMGG SUPPER FLOPPY AND CUTEEE one notice though the picture shows the older douglas smoke wolf and i was kinda annoyed when he came as the new 2019 DeLux smoke wolf. The DeLux ones are always super cute though and are more floppy. A great wolf lover gift and is a great size. Good quality, so its not overpriced at all. Have a photo with the Aurora Willy wolf 12in (in the middle ) and Douglas Tyson 16in(On the left) wolves. 4stars considering the seller didnt describe in the title as the DeLux when I bought it. He doesn't stay in a sitting or standing position, but can lay down.

An amazingly realistic look and feel for this wolf puppy. The fur feels real, and you can comb or brush it like real hair/fur. He is soft and cuddly, yet you can position him to sit or stand. It really is an exceptional product. I work in an office with a bunch of federal judges, and one wanted a puppy but did not have time to care for it, so I purchased this for him as a gift. He is also a Star Wars fan, and I had a Star Wars print printed on a baby t-shirt that said "Jedi Pup" and presented the wolf pup to him with the t-shirt on. Huge hit, and so adorable.

I bought this for my niece, since she loves wolves. And I have to say, I was tempted to keep it myself! It is perfect!!!! Beautiful coloring, adorable face, soft & huggable, not stiff. Could not be happier with this purchase! Thank you to the person that posted the picture of the one they bought. That picture made me take a chance on this wolf, & I'm so glad I did. Because the original picture doesn't show how cute the face is. Love this wolf!!! 100% satisfied!
