Will this fits on 177 and 25 caliber barrel

It cannot do .177. It's only .20 and up. There is another model for .177.

So how do you hold on to pull this very thin slick plastic'ish cord (need tight fitting patches for best cleaning)?

If your cleaning kit did not provide some type of pulling tether of bar just wrap the cord around something that won't break.

Is this safe to be used on 22lr and 6.5 creedmoor? Or just air guns?

Will work. Although I use conventional cleaning Rods and cable on other cartridge guns. On air guns you need a straw to push it through
