Solved my problem for a reasonable price
So far, this thing is pretty much everything I wanted. I bought it to use with two sets of Sony Wh-CH720N headphones. The process of hooking it up was pretty easy. My TV has an optical output (I suppose pretty much any new TV does) so that's a nice, easy one cable solution. The optical cable that comes with it is a bit short for my liking but I suppose that will be relatively easy to rectify with a longer optical cable (I probably have that somewhere. I just haven't used it for a long time and don't remember where I put it). The power cable is a bit more of an issue, as it's somewhat proprietary and is rather short. I am not sure my headphones are compatible with the "low latency" codec this thing claims it has but I haven't noticed any lag at all so far so whatever. The only slight qualms I have is getting both headsets connected was a bit confusing since there is no display and (as near as I can tell, no indicator for which (1 or 2) one you are attempting to connect. I mean, if your memory is normal I guess that might not be an issue but sometimes I forget stuff I just did so I didn't remember which button I pushed. But, I somehow got both headsets connected in relatively short order and found everything works as it should. I am also pretty impressed with the range, as it covers my entire apartment where the built in bluetooth in my PC starts cutting out about halfway. The complaints others have about the light flashing when not in use aren't really a big deal for me. Firstly because I can sleep with my lamp on most times so light doesn't even bother me. But also because you simply press the power button and hold it down for a couple seconds when you're done using it and it shuts the unit down (including the light). I suppose it would be nice if it had an automatic timeout but hey. I needed to solve the problem for two people to be able to listen wirelessly at the same time and this solves that problem for a reasonable price. A worry that I had before I got it was whether or not I'd be able to control the volume on each headset independently. Happy to report (with my Sony headphones, at least) that works. You just use the volume controls on the headphones. The volume control on the unit itself only raises the volume on both headsets equally so you have to adjust them individually for individual preference. Which is how I wanted it anyway. Overall, pretty decent product that will have you up and doing what you need to do right out of the box as long as your devices are compatible. Not taking any stars off for the lack of display because I knew that before I bought it. This company makes models with a display but they cost significantly more than I wanted to pay.

Does work for AptX AD, good range and audio quality with one odd quirk.
This took a little figuring out, but it does actually work well with the Bose QC Ultra 2 headphones and actually displays AptX Adaptive (high quality variable transmission). The manufacture had mis-information in their product comparison chart which they said they will update to show this is AptX AD compliant. My only issue is this is a VERY dominating BT device, meaning that it keeps pushing off other BT transmitter from the headphones so I actually have to power it off when Iโm using another device (iPhone/Pad/TV/etc.). Great long range and transmission through thick walls and great quality audio. So the trade off on its very aggressive push to be the BT device is just 1 star off. Weโll see how it performs long term.

Best Transmitter for TV Audio
This transmitter simply works. Every time we use it. Pairing two headsets, for the very first time, worked. Audio signal is solid. No issues. It has an optical connection for best audio source. Auto Power ON/Off: Power on and off works great. There is no power switch. When you plug in the USB power cable, it turns on. Which is great. I plugged this USB power cable into the USB port on my TV. when the TV is turned on, power to the USB cable is turned on, so the transmitter turns on. Other transmitters don't work like this. (at least in my way too extensive experience of buying and trying other transmitters) Other models either stay on, or you have to turn them off. I believer that's because they have a battery in them, so the USB power cable charges the battery. It has two antenna on the device, which is useful. I attached this device to the back of my TV, letting the antenas stick up above the TV. The background behind the TV is dark, so I never notice them. If you watch what's actually on the TV, you won't notice them either. I think having an unabstructed, line of sight view of the antennas helps to ensure you won't have any interference issues. I have tried a variety of transmitters: TaoTronics TT-BA09 I have several of these. The first worked fine. then started to have issues. I needed a second one and it had issues from the start. Some of the most common issues is the audio connection. At times there appears to be interence issues, the audio will breakup. I had the device sitting on a flat surface, under the TV, sitting 13 feet away from me, with nothing in the way. Yet still, audio would breakup. The most recent TT-BA09 I tried has a completely repeatly issue, everytime I use it. When you turn on the first headset, the audio breaks up. Each and every time. You have to power off the headset, then power it back on. Each and every time. The other issue I've had with the TT-BA09 models is that they can be very difficult to pair. Though I will say it's best to keep all other BlueTooth devices away from the transmitter when pairing. Probably best to do this for any transmitter. Either way, pairing, or resetting and pairing has not worked well. TaoTronics TT-BA014 This unit has some of the same issues as the TT-BA09. Thought I'd give it a try to see if it worked better. Nope. Avantree BTTC-500P More of the same issues. More nope. I have spent way too much time, effort, frustration and money on other transmitters. The 1mii (2020 Upgraded model) works flawlessly. I cannot recomend this enough. It works great, each and every time. I will suggest that you get a BlueTooth headset with the right features for any of these transmitters to work. Such as: BlueTooth 5.0 (sure the previous versions should work) AptX Low Latency is a must. Buy this transmitter and simply use it and enjoy a great listening experience.

Great for Hearing Aid Users
This works great. I wear hearing aids and wanted something I could listen to without bothering anyone else in the house. BT transmitters from the hearing aide companies are expensive. This isn't. And it works. Range is great. We live in a split-level house with the TV and this BT transmitter downstairs in the Family Room. I can walk upstairs to the living room there and the kitchen...and still hear the game. Connection is great. Just push in the large button on the top and the hearing aids sync quickly. No negatives with this that I can find.

Works great with Boise headphones
My TV bluetooth quit working with my Boise quiet comfort headphones. with the TV bluetooth you either had the TV spearers or headphones. I connected this to the optical output and now I can have both TV and headphones at the same time. Volume is controlled by each separately i.e. I can turn down the TV volume and still have the headphones active with the volume on the headphone. The sound is also clearer than the TV Bluetooth. Very easy to set up. No noticeable delay either.

Works Well But Not What I Expected
So I bought this for a several of reasons: The wife didn't want a soundbar on her mantle below the TV, I wanted to have a set of headphones and a better sound from a wireless speaker, wanted APTX low latency, and I didn't want to have to turn a transmitter on and off. Got this transmitter because I thought I could use the headphones (for me) and a speaker (for others) at the same time since it has two separate channels. Hasn't worked for me as hoped. I can use the headphones or the speaker separately but not together. I'm not sure if I set it up wrong but have tried several times and ways to no avail. I'm going to see if I can get some help to solve that. Other than that issue everything else checked all my boxes so I'm probably going to keep it. I have it plugged into the USB on the TV so it turns on and off with it. When I power up the headphones or speaker individually they connect as expected. I am hooked up with the optical connector and my headphones and speaker are both APTX compatible so there is no discernable latency. The TV speakers can remain on and perfectly sync with the speaker. Headphones are Sennheiser PXC 550-II, speaker is Soundcore Motion+. Trying to use the Soundcore App on my iPhone at the same time caused problems (speaker quit) but is not this products fault. It's one or the other. If you want to make changes to the speaker settings the TV can't be on. But the Sennheiser App allows you to make acoustical adjustments while listening, NICE! Looking to return the Soundcore and replace with a Marshall where the setting controls are on the speaker, it's just not portable like the Soundcore (and quite a bit more expensive). So, even though I can't use both devices at the same time, they both remain paired to the transmitter. I'm going to velcrow it behind the TV to blocked the flashing blue light when on, keep it off the mantle, and the ability to easily remove it for use.

Great Device, Works Well with TV and Bluetooth Speakers
Iโve been using this Bluetooth transmitter to connect my TV to Bluetooth speakers, and it works great! Setup was incredibly simple, and it paired instantly with my speakers. The signal range is solid, and I havenโt had any major issues with connection drops, even when moving the speakers outside the room. One thing to note: if you have more than one Bluetooth speaker system, like I did, you'll need to disconnect the devices from your phone first to get them to pair with this transmitter. Also, the optical cable included is a bit short, so you might want to grab a longer one if your TV setup requires more length. Overall, Iโm happy with the performance and quality. It's a great solution for those who need to connect a TV to wireless speakers or headphones, especially in a quiet, outdoor setup or workout room. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, budget-friendly Bluetooth transmitter.

Works well.
Pretty good device that was installed easily and paired to my earbuds without a problem. I have this connected to the optical output on a Samsung tv. I can have the tv speaker and earbuds on at the same time or just the earbuds. I use this occasionally to watch tv in the bedroom at night so I donโt disturb others. When not in use, I turn it off. It connects automatically with my earbuds when I turn it back on without the need to pair again. I had to chat with the company support team and they were excellent. It would be nice if the light was replaced with small status lights on the back of the unit. all in all, this is a solid unit that does it it says and it works great.
